Phase D - Training

Periodic refresher training for existing site personnel and introductory training for new site personnel. AES shall also provide and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) platform for the web-based training.

This phase is designed to help Generator Owners and Generator Operators comply with applicable NERC Standards through focused, site-specific web-based training programs, recordkeeping, management reporting, and auditable evidence of compliance.

We collaborate with your team to create a dedicated, site-specific online training course that supports your O&M team.

What we do:

• PER-006-1 – 1 Specific Training for Personne. We provide focused training on the operational functionality of Protection Systems and Remedial Action Schemes (RAS) that affect the output of generating facilities. AES develops and delivers site-specific Protection System web-based training, along with recordkeeping, management reports on participant progress and performance, and auditable evidence of compliance with the standard.
• CIP-003-9 – Security Management Controls. We provide focused training on cybersecurity awareness to reinforce cybersecurity practices, which may include associated physical security practices. AES develops and delivers site-specific cybersecurity web-based training, along with recordkeeping,      management reports on participant progress and performance, and auditable evidence of compliance with the standard.
